Details:
As of 1.7.3+svn revision 37944, if an attack animation is being played and
the user invokes the load game dialog (both the old GUI dialog or the
experimental GUI2-based one) and loads another saved game before the
animation finishes, mouse-based unit actions such as attack or move won't
work at all until the game engine is restarted.
The 1.6 branch is not affected.
