Details:

If a unit is killed by a [kill] with fire_event=yes and this triggers a die
event, it currently sets the x2, y2, and second_unit to refer to the unit
being killed. It would be useful to be able to override this - for instance,
if a [kill] represents one unit killing another by means not part of normal
Wesnoth mechanics.

This can allow more sensible interactions between eras and maps, which may
have separate events that can't take each other into account explicitly.

I'm imagining a syntax like this:

[kill]
  <standard unit filter>
  fire_event=yes
  [killer]
    <standard unit filter, takes the first matching unit>
  [/killer]
[/kill]
