The use of "theme=FullScreen" crashes unrecoverably

Follow-up Comment #1:
The problem is surely the
"theme=FullScreen" attribute.
The only other scenario in mainline HttT 21 shows the same behaviour.
I guess this is caused by the new GUI code can't switch themes any more.
I have assigned the bug back to "None" since I can't handle the situation.
