Details:

Normally, a unit has to be damaged to be poisoned. However, if WML sets a
unit's "poisoned" status while the unit is at full hitpoints, that unit will
not be able to cure its poison normally until its hitpoints are reduced (and
the poison still won't damage the unit as long as it sits next to a healer or
on a village.)
