Follow-up Comment #1, bug #14317 (project wesnoth):
I have green leaves for DiD in my XP SP3 install of 1.7.5. I think you have
to beat the last scenario at least once and then die in order to "finish" the
campaign and get the leaves.
The only ways to not get leaves are never beat the last scenario or never
lose the last scenario. In the first case you shouldn't get them. In the
second case, just send Mal Keshar in there kamikaze-style and you get your
leaves. Problem solved?
