Details:
If you have a game running (not in the welcome screen) and try loading a
savegame from a previous version you get the following dialog:
"This save is from a different version of the game. Do you want to try to
load it?"
| Yes | No |
Clicking the No button just does nothing. You either have to load the game or
close the game window (if not running fullscreen mode).
