Follow-up Comment #5:
Issue #2 still occurs with revision 39260. e.g. In the GUI1 add-ons download
dialog, when the Description pop-up (GUI2-based) appears, clicking anywhere
doesn't only dimiss the pop-up, but also passes the click event to the GUI1
dialog below, which did not happen with revision 38957.
