Yeah, that's what troubled me, no one complaining about it.
This happens in two different computers. In my laptop, which isn't exactly
the best computer in the world, I always shut most things down before
starting a game. And since it runs 7 on a 1GB RAM, I kinda expect that most
things go slowly... However, my desktop computer is much better, and when
this started happening I've also shut down most programs before playing. It
makes no difference whatsoever.
As far as I know, both computers have perfectly normal and speedy disks, and
I always run wesnoth locally.
I also considered that it might be about permissions (lot of games have some
problems about admin permissions and stuff on vista and 7) but I also tried
to ran it with admin privileges and no difference again.
