Details:
I tested diplomacy handling in the multiplayer scenario "A New Land". I let
some players research everything about warfare. But still the option to share
knowledge about warfare between those players appears.
Please see attached savegame. RMB-click on your Lieutenant (on 31,28), select
"Diplomacy -> Share Knowledge" and notice that there is still the option to
share knowledge of warfare with player ronny, even though both players have
researched everything about warfare.
