Details:

Attempting to connect to a multiplayer server when built against boost-1.41
on x86_64 fails with an error in the form "Unterminated quoted string, value
'<MOTD>' at <unknown>:2" (occassionally the error occurs while connecting and
instead indicates an unterminated [element] tag).

Similarly, hosting a server though the MP menu results in "Invalid WML
received: failed to uncompress". And connecting to the campaign server fails
with "Network communication error."

1.6.5 also seems to have to be affected, though will not throw any errors,
and instead will not indicate data being received (i.e., connection dialogue
will remain on 0%).

In all of the above instances, the attempted network connection will
occassionally succeed without incident. WRT MP, seemingly, the busier the
server, the less likely the connection is to succeed.

Several players have indicated they are only able to reproduce this issue
with x86_64 and boost-1.41.
