Details:

After defeating both leaders, Delfador never appears, so Konrad holds a
"telepathic" conversation with Delfador. The player has no option to choose
the sea path, but must go on by land.

I fixed this on my build by adding a "side=1" to the Delfador unit in the end
scenario events.
