Follow-up Comment #5, bug #15096 (project wesnoth):
When using ~SCALE to shrink the image of an [item], the image is not
recentered as it is in all other uses of ~SCALE.
Do I make each issue a seperate bug report or just make this the place for
all of ~SCALE's problems?
