Follow-up Comment #1, bug #15304 (project wesnoth):
Look again at the descriptions in the help, then try to imagine the size of
the resulting tooltip. Descriptions are almost 4000 characters, so the
tooltips may cover the whole screen (or worse). For instance, on my display,
the drake's one is 2-screen high! So, unless slimmer descriptions are added
to game, it just doesn't make sense to display them as tooltips.
