Details:

In the Map Editor, two adjacent hexs are correctly blended to show a
transition between graphics, except for Ice (Frozen) and a None (Empty)
ones.
You can easily reproduce this behaviour by launching the Editor, paint some
Nones (black hex), then choos Ice (light blue hex) and add some near the
black ones; you can notice the straight borders indicating the missing
transition... check out the attached screenshot
