Follow-up Comment #4, bug #15449 (project wesnoth):
My mistake. All the delayed_variable_substitution attributes in my example
are off by one line; they are meant to be in the nested events. As you
noticed, this attribute doesn't mean anything in the [event] descriptions at
the toplevel. It makes sense for the [event] action handler only.
