Details:
Tested in some campaigns. Attached is a savegame from DiD. Move Malin Keshar
to 5,6 to win. Proceed directly: ok, save in linger mode and reload that save:
fallback to the default leader and recall list is empty. (But the bug is
obviously scenario- and campaign-independent.)
No console error messages seem to be related.
Maybe related to bug #15226.
