Details:

This is my first bug report, bear with me.

I've been playing the team survival Dark forecast with a friend, both the
latest beta (1.7.13) and the latest stable version (1.6.5 and had some weird
errors regarding the spawning monsters.

We have been playing on a local host (me) and he has been using the Windows
binaries. I am using the mac binaries. I can reproduce it, it happens pretty
much every time we try to play.

Under 1.7.13:
   Different monsters are spawned on each computer.
This results in different outcomes of battles etc., and lots of "out of sync"
errors.

Under 1.7.13 and 1.6.5:
   Monsters spawn with more HP than they should be able to have, or as almost
dead. (I think this has been reported, but maybe not for this version)
