Follow-up Comment #1:
ok, first discussion with shadowmaster (who was in this area previously) this
is a good idea, i'll test it and report back when 1.8 is forked
in the meantime, a couple of small critics...
1) please run "svn diff" in the root directory, it makes merging easier for
us
2) for such a feature, we definitely need a changelog entry (and maybe a
player_changelog entry
3) you should add yourself in about.cfg in the misc contributors sections
once you update yourpatch, i'll probably mark it as postponed until 1.8 is
branched away
