Details:
This patch is designed to allow the "slider" control in gui2 to get keyboard
focus when clicked and then to be changed by pressing and/or holding any of
the arrow keys.
Keyboard input is ignored when the control is disabled, and it is only parsed
when the control has keyboard focus.
This patch is designed to solve the "Arrow keys for the slider" EasyCoding
idea. <http://wiki.wesnoth.org/EasyCoding#Arrow_keys_for_the_slider>
To Test: Run wesnoth with the arguments: --new-widgets -s wesnoth.org. Click
on the "Create Game" button, deselect "Use map settings," and click on one of
the sliders on the right side. Use the arrow keys to change the slider's
value.
See the attachment for the patch file.
