Follow-up Comment #1, bug #15895 (project wesnoth):
Are you sure that your installation is not corrupt? Since the terrain 'Re'
itself is the dirt terrain which should come with some graphics in mainline.
Somehow I'd recommend uninstalling Wesnoth and reinstalling it. Might be that
windows screwed your installation up. So far noone else reported a problem
like this, so I don't assume that it is a general problem.
That is: Another reason could be that you installed some broken addon. So
make sure to check if you got any (possible broken) addons installed.
