Details:
I am using wesnoth-1.8 from debian lenny-backports. I saved a level of "Under
the Burning Suns" with two Tentacles of the Deep. When I reloaded there was
just one.
Consider the two save files attached. One is immediately before making them
appear: the Dust Devil will raise them. The other is after saving and
reloading immediately after that.
