Follow-up Comment #8, bug #16259 (project wesnoth):
My usecase for this type of event was a unit which followed a normal upgrade
path when leveling to level 2, but needed to level to a special unit to
enable amlas inside of this special level 3 unit type (other than the other
units of this line) when leveling to level 3. So it would be nice to keep it.
A Workaround would be to create an extra unit type for the level 2 and I can
set advances_to during creation...
But only if it doesn't cause problems of course...
