Details:

In the final scenario of the campaign, when someone kills Shan Taum, there's
a dialogue where the unit who kill him ask Kapou'e what to do, calling him
"chief".

This makes sense to me when the killer is an orc, but in case it's a human
who kills him (and I mean a Howgrath's one), I think there should be a
different dialogue, leading probably to the same ("head in a pike") but the
human soldier would ask what to do to his leader, Howgrath, and he would,
i.e., tell the soldier to ask Kapou'e.
