Details:
The rendering of the main map is completely messed up when starting a
campaign which has no difficulty levels (and thus no difficulty menu).
Terrain is never drawn, although village flags, units and some other things
are.
To test, remove difficulties= and difficulty_descriptions= from a campaign
and start the campaign. Might lead to preprocessor errors in some campaigns,
but at least AToTB and EI start up even without those two keys.
This wasn't happening on 1.8, and I first noticed it in trunk maybe a couple
of weeks ago.
