Follow-up Comment #2, bug #16388 (project wesnoth):
Aha! I do have Galactic Empires and the bug does disappear when I remove it
and reappear when I reinstall the addon and restart Wesnoth. The image,
interestingly, is also called "missile-n.png" - I have it in
~/.data/add-ons/Galactic_Empires/images/projectiles/ - and I think the name
overlap could be part of the problem.
