Follow-up Comment #3:
Anything that is an alternate portrait (the first list) doesn't need a black
background version. Images in this list are alternates intended only for
dialogue. Only the generic portrait appears in the help, alternates do not,
and that is the function of the black background images.
The brown lich could be removed if unused, as it is out-of-style - if not,
it's lack of black background version is unimportant, as it is similarly an
alternate. The Sea Serpent could have a transparent version and a help
version, I've fixed that now.
The Ghoul portrait has been replaced and is no longer an issue.
