Details:
When using the :turn X command to jump to another turn, the value of
$turn_number isn't updated, which limits the usefulness of the command for
debugging purposes quite a lot.
Also, when ending a turn after that command has been used, "new turn" events
seem to be unnecessarily fired immediately when ending the turn (while
$turn_number still has the "old" value), and then fired again normally as
they should when starting the next turn. Other turn events might be affected
as well, but I didn't check.
