Details:
It's currently possible to plan several attacks (not attack-moves) with the
whiteboard for the same unit and execute them in the same turn, thus
bypassing the usual limitations.
I intend to fix this by friday, september 3rd: I've identified the causes of
the bug but fixing it requires structural changes.
