Details:
According to the new typography style guide, game terms such as 'arcane',
'chaotic' ought to be marked up in italics. Try that in tips.cfg and the tags
are displayed literally, even though the /attribution/ line for tips works
fine in italics.
Asking for Pango markup support to be fully added for tips.cfg was a toss-up
between a bug and a feature request. In the end I decided the bugs had it -
just.
