Based on my forum post of a few days ago, but now with <b> and <i> tags
throughout. Still awaiting OK from esr, strictly speaking, but with 26
downloads, not one quibble, I think they're all probably OK.
Added 'liminal' to the alignments tip.
The 'feral' tip has been moved to the end of the list. The other draft tags,
including "In many campaign scenarios, you may issue simple instructions for
your computer-controlled allies using the right-click context menu." which
was inactive before, have been made live by moving the #ifdef __UNUSED__ down
to the end of the list. This will produce new translations because there are
quite a lot rewordings and additions.
