Follow-up Comment #1:
I've attached another image where it's easier to see. 12-2 is only the heavy
intantry's base damage, leadership is not taken into account. Note that the
time of day is neutral in my screenshot. Whiteboard needs to be active and
the attacker's original location needs to be not directly adjacent to the
leadership unit. Note that when whiteboard is inactive, the attack dialog of
the exact same situation takes leadership into account.
