Follow-up Comment #4, bug #17188 (project wesnoth):

What he meant is that scrolling by moving the mouse to the edge of the screen
overrides scrolling to moving units, but doesn't iterrupt it. E.g. if you
leave the mouse pointer at the edge of the screen in a MP game and someone
moves a unit that's not visible, the screen will keep bouncing back and forth
a few hexes in each direction.

No clue if it's worth changing. If yes, what would be the desired
functionality?
