Details:
In older versions (At least 1.8.5 and probably 1.9.3) we could use up and
down arrow keys to navigate through menus, like down arrow and enter to enter
in tutorial mode. It looks like it doesn't work anymore. [marking it as
confirmed since one dev confirmed it in irc.].
