Details:

The FORCE_CHANCE_TO_HIT macro causes errors like this:

20110313 11:47:18 warning engine: variable_info: retrieving member of
non-existent WML container,
second_unit.attack[0].specials.chance_to_hit.length
20110313 11:47:18 warning engine: variable_info: retrieving member of
non-existent WML container,
second_unit.attack[1].specials.chance_to_hit.length
20110313 11:47:34 warning engine: variable_info: retrieving member of
non-existent WML container, unit.attack[0].specials.chance_to_hit.length
20110313 11:47:34 warning engine: variable_info: retrieving member of
non-existent WML container, unit.attack[1].specials.chance_to_hit.length
20110313 11:47:41 warning engine: variable_info: retrieving member of
non-existent WML container, unit.attack[0].specials.chance_to_hit.length

But it seems to work, otherwise.  Wesnoth does not crash.
