Details:
As can be seen on the attached screenshot.
Steps to reproduce:
1. start network game (possibly choosing undead/dark sorcerer for player 1
and caves of the basilisk to reproduce the exact screenshot)
2. toggle planning mode, select your leader and hover mouse over a keep hex.
3. After you remove your mouse from over the keep, it should result in the
effect seen in the attached screenshot.
