Hi,
After an unit (the leader in this case) transforms from a mechanical unit to
an alive unit, my computer, Mac OSX 10.5.8, crashes in a random turn on BfW
1.9.6. It was fine on 1.9.5, so it is considered as a bug on 1.9.6.
The bug does not occur if preference-speed is 1.5 (normal) even on 1.9.6, but
it always happens when it is 2.0. (I have not tested on the other speed.)
To show the bug easily, I have installed the TRANSFORM_UNIT macro on the
first scenario of Dead Water that is attached. In the existed prestart event,
the leader transforms to "Transport Galleon", then in the existed turn 2
event, the leader transforms original "Merman Child King" on the attached
file.
In a few turns later after the 2nd turn, my computer crashes (not just BfW)
with preference-speed 2.0. Although it does not bug me anymore (because I
changed it to a different way), and the case is not common way, it is better
to be fixed (as my opinion).
