Details:
Formula AI (and by extension formulas in WML) sometimes returns incorrect
results for formulas using the ^ operator.
Only certain values are affected (for example, 13^1, 5^2), and the returned
result appears to always be 1 less than it should be.
Only some machines are affected (the first person to notice it was using
Windows XP 32 bit, I duplicated the behavior on Windows 7 64 bit, but
Anonymissimus was unable to duplicate the behavior).
