Reproducibility: always
Steps to reproduce:
1) Start a LoW campaign.
2) Recruit Elvish Archer(s)
3) Either beat the scenario, or :debug :n or :debug :cl to advance to the
next scenario
4) Recall an Elvish Archer
When recalling the Archer, a messagebox with "None of your leaders could
recall that unit" in it pops up, and the unit isn't recalled. Elvish Fighters
can still be recalled, and this problem does not happen in other scenarios.
