Details:
When playing multi-player with 2 players both on the same local machine, the
game regularly generates messages like the following
<server> Ignoring illegal whiteboard data, sent from user 'Name' to team
'2'.
It generates the warning at every turn transition.
I did not have whiteboard planning on.
