Details:
I was playing a multiplayer match. Some time after I was dead I went out of
the room and right-clicked on the playing field so I could watch the moves of
the other players later.
(If you have some menu open, the display of actions is delayed until you
close it again.)
When I got back it turned out the other players were not able to continue but
were displayed that it was my turn. Round 10 wouldn't start while I (as a dead
player) had the context menu open. I successfully reproduced the bug at the
end of round 10. I was the last player in the game (4/4).
I compiled wesnoth-1.8.6 myself.
