Details:
If an empty macro argument () is present in a string concatenation for the
name key in an image tag in a terrain_graphics tag, the resulting string is
not the same as if an empty string were concatenated.
For an easy visual demonstration, load the first scenario of Dead Water.
The WML concatenates the base image name, the extension, an empty argument
for some colour post-processing (used in other water terrains but not
tropical) and a duration.
