Details:

This started appearing post 1.9.9

Sometimes this occurs when I use f5, sometimes not

the following appears in stderr:

terminate called after throwing an instance of
'boost::exception_detail::clone_impl<boost::exception_detail::error_info_injector<boost::iostreams::gzip_error>
>'
  what():  gzip error

Hopefully this is enough; if not, I'll try to add a backtrace once I've spent
the time figuring out how to do it on Windows. :P
