zlib.h include for png_set_compression_level in libpng manual:

"The png_set_compression_*() functions interface to the zlib compression
library, and should mostly be ignored unless you really know what you are
doing. The only generally useful call is png_set_compression_level()
which changes how much time zlib spends on trying to compress the image
data. See the Compression Library (zlib.h and algorithm.txt, distributed
with zlib) for details on the compression levels.
