Details:
This bug plagues the multiplayer community since 1.8 came out.
Whenever a player disconnects while he gets his turn, his units end up
without refreshed movement points and he also has no gold income because the
turn doesn't get initialised. The other player can take over the control but
it doesn't help. When it occurs the turn has to be either repeated or the save
can be repaired via the replay which is a very fiddly workaround.
