Follow-up Comment #4, bug #18883 (project wesnoth):
The problem with this is that the mp campaign loading code doesn't seem
consistent. In the subsequent scenario these tags appear in the loaded level,
only on the non-host client and only in networked MP.
As far as I'm conerned, MP campaigns are officially unsupported. There's no
mainline MP campaign to test stuff so it doesn't make sense.
