Follow-up Comment #1:
This bug affects:
- planned recruits/recalls on castles large enough that your leader can be on
the keep and plan recruits on fogged locations. (See for example the MP map
Thousand Stings Garrison.)
- any kind of planned move that goes in the fog, which of course happens more
often with multi-turn moves.
Boucman, assigning this to you since this involves fiddling with the
animation code more than I'm comfortable with. At least if we want to see it
fixed for 1.10. I was able to create layers for arrows and the wb's action
numbering, but units are more complicated, use several layers, and the layers
they get drawn to are currently not easily configurable.
