Follow-up Comment #1, bug #18970 (project wesnoth):
To reproduce put this into any scenario with a unit of yours:

Click onto the unit to try to move it, the message shows, click to dismiss it
somewhere into the movement range of the units you selected. The unit moves.
There appears to be an additional SDL event which triggers the move. The
behavior in the MSVC debugger isn't *consistent* for me. That is, depending on
where and how many breakpoints I set the event type triggering varies.
It looks related to a comment by mordante in dialog.cpp:53ff (r39337).
