Follow-up Comment #3, bug #19135 (project wesnoth):
The bug seems to be fixed. I tried it again with the same type of unit
leveling. Also tested several other types just to make sure.
Unfortunately, I forgot to keep the original save file that repeatedly showed
the bug.
