Alright, crash itself is solved at least, so I'm not leaving a blocker bug
open for that. I'm still getting some error messages from the unit map when
inserting and removing fake units (happens when planning recruits), but as of
now I don't understand the unit map internals enough to know what the exact
problem is. There's probably a performance hit, as the unit map alledgedly has
to do a full search everytime to identify the fake unit involved.
