Details:
In the Heir to the Throne campaign (wesnoth-httt), on the 19c scenario (Cliffs
of Thoria), an event is supposed to be triggered when you reach a point where
you can see the young human sergeant that is in a high cliff, on the right
side of the map.
Well, it turns out in the savegame attached it is triggered when you are not
yet seeing the guy.
To reproduce, take Nepba (merman unit on the right side) to the house at his
right side.
